The ranks should be like this:
Administrators=2-Owner+Co-Owner
Head Game Master(HGM)=1 worker-Over all staff
Game Masters(GM)=At least 5 workers-Staff Team
Lords=At least 3 workers-Lower class staff team
Developer=1 or more workers-Development
Moderators(Mod)=At least 3 workers-Just like protection! xD
Trial Game Masters(TGM)-Tryouts! Kind of like replacement for (GM) if needed.
